Who is that turtle and how can I replace him?

I was about to post another set of pictures (Jade Marcela and then, perhaps, more Sakura Sakurada) when I realized that I have reached some sort of limit with imageturtle. This is despite a reassuring status:

You have used '8.84 MB' of today's bandwidth of '1000 MB'.
You have used '2.21 MB' of the available '50 MB' diskspace.

Can anyone help me out here? Why are you seeing that turtle?
What alternative site do you recommend for hosting pics?
